2011-2012 Goals

Goal #1: Utility Consumption

Collaborating with Facilities Management, Student Activities will reduce its overall utility consumption.

Goal #2: Outcome: Reduction of waste

Collaborating with Facilities Management, the Student Environmental Center and Dining Services, Student Activities will reduce facility waste in Highsmith University Union. 

Goal #3: Student Development

As a result of working for Student Activities and Highsmith Union, students will demonstrate effective communication skills as measured by the employee evaluation rubric distributed at the end of the academic year.

Goal #4: Leadership Development

As a result of serving as an officer in a recognized student organizaton, student officers will increase their organization skills by 15% from the beginning of the academic year to the end as measured by a proxy pre/post test distributed in April of 2012.
