Security at Events

Larger campus events, or events where the public is invited, require Campus Police for security. Organizational events that require Campus Police should contact the Campus Police office at 251-6710 at least three weeks prior to the event. They will schedule officers as need dictates. All details and needs should be discussed with Campus Police so that they may accurately assess your potential security requirements.

Please Note: the organization is responsible for payment of Campus Police.

Catering

Dining Services can do catering for your organization and/or events. Please notify them at least one week before your event. You will need to get permission from the Associate Director of Student Activities to pay for catering at the event. Menus can be found here.

Please note:  You must get written approval from the Associate Director of Student Activities to use Campus Commission funds. If you fail to do this, the Organization will lose its privileges and the person(s) making the request could be held responsible for the cost.
